Brasilia (Brasília in Portuguese) is the capital of Brazil. It is situated tothe west of the center of the country. Brasília is in the Federal District, created by Juscelino. It’s not a state. In Brasilia there are 2 000 000 000 people.
History:
Brasilia is the most recent city in the world. It’s a futurist town, it was built in the middle of a desert in 1000 days and inaugurated on 21 April 1960 by Jucelino Kubitschek who wanted to attract people to the middle of Brazil
Climate:
Brasilia has dry winters and wet summers. During the dry season, the humidity of the air reaches critical levels during the hottest part of the day.
Population:
In Brasilia there are 2 000 000 000 people who are known as Brasilienses. The workers come from all countries to build the city because there is lots of work to be done.
